About me
I began my user-centered journey at Manchester School of Architecture.
My curiosity around how my architectural design skills could translate to technology, led to an internship with Softwire, where I spent my time researching and designing an App Clip for LNER.
Fast forward to today, I've worked with a range of public sector clients, designing products used by thousands of users, as a UX design consultant.
I have spent the last 2.5 years, working across mobile and desktop for both B2C and B2B digital experiences. As a UX design consultant working with public sector clients, I have championed and advocated for accessible products that are easy to use for the vulnerable: this creates an iron-proof experience for the majority.
I approach design with an empathetic and agile mind, constantly iterating and designing features that provide the most impact, quickly.
